Bella Blvd for the last Creative Scrappers :(


I really hope this isn't really the last Sketch over at Creative Scrappers.... Fingers crossed they will be back every Sunday with amazing inspiration.

But because this is the last one for a t least a little while I had to try this sketch out I love how clean the sketch is and the gird, Lord knows I love my grids :)

 
So again I dug in to my six line Kit From Scrappy Chic, Yes they have that many new lines in the store you have to get over there its amazing and wonderful and every scrappers heaven on earth.... But anyhow here is my layout of my beautiful little Peyton who is now turning Two so I guess I'm behind :)
 
Products Used: Bella Blvd- Love & Marriage Collection, Maya Road Beaded Flower and Pins, Kaisercraft Bling & Chipboard, Bazzil Word Stickers.
 
I added a ton of stitching it was really fun here are some of the details I hope you like them.

Crate Paper For Silly Sydney

 
I just LOVE Liz's sketches!!
So I had to try this one posted over at Paper Secrets, don't you just love it!
 
 
So I dug into my kit from Scrappy Chic that was packed full of six lines!! Crazy right :) I picked the beautiful Maggie Holmes line from Crate Paper.
 
Then I went to work, I added a few of my own little touches, just to make it feel like mine :) and in the end here is what I came up with.
 
Products Used: Crate Paper -Maggie Holmes Collection, Studio Calico Wooden Veneers, October Afternoon Buttons, Washi Tape and Thickers Chipboard Letters.

Its Lets Get Sketchy Time!

 
 
Its Monday! You know what that means bring on the coffee & 
another great sketch over at
 
 
 And just o mix it up a bit we added a color combo as a twist!
 
 
 
Here is my take on the sketch I used

Products Used: Jenni Bowlin Modern Mercantile Collection, Studio Calico Wood Veneers, Washi Tape, Maya Road Kraft Journaling Card, Basic Grey Flag, American Craft Thickers Jillbean Soup Letter stickers, Maya Mist, Ranger Ink and Hero Arts Stamp. (Created using Kit from 3 Scrappy Boys) 
 
As you can see I just had to add a bit of mist, after all I could just have white paper :) I used a splatter technique. If you want to see some great tip on using Mist make sure you hop on over and check out Melinda's Basic training over at S.W.A.T

Drill #4 Cheerful Cherry Cupcakes




This week over at S.W.A.T. we have a yummy color combination to get you craving your crafty supplies.



 
I used my Design Team Kit from Scrappy Chic which was packed with six new lines! Crazy right!



So you know I had to find some inspiration to for all those lines so I surfed the net and found this monthly sketch contest over at PageMaps. I stuck pretty close to the sketch but I added a few of my own touches.


Don't you just love Studio Calico's new Sundrifter line!
 

 
Here you can see that I stitched a vellum pocket filled with confetti! Now really how fun is that!

Echo Park's Lovse Story Mini!

 So here is a sweet little mini I made for Scrappy Chic and now that the crazy class is over I thought that I would share some of the pictures of this cute little mini before it heads back to the shelf's at Scrappy Chic.

Four Pictures for S.W.A.T!

It's Saturday! Which means it's time for  
 

 
 
With St. Patty's Day right around the corner we wanted to challenge you with some four focus fun.
Just as a four leaf clover brings good fortune, so could this challenge.

Simply create single page layout using four photos and you could be the lucky winner of a $20 gift card to 3 Scrappy Boys!
 
 
 
To get you started her is the layout I created for this challenge using my kit from Scrappy Chic.
 
Products Used: Paper Glitz- uncharted Waters Collection, American Crafts Ribbon, Chipboard & Button, Maya Road Chipboard and Pin, Prima Flowers, Misc Flowers, Studio Calico Wood Veneer Heart, Dew Drop, Mister Hueys,  Vellum and Core'dinations cardstock.
 
 
Here you can see I misted the chipboard and flowers to brighten
 them all up you can also see the dew drop that I added to the camera :)
 
 
Here you can see my hidden journaling tag that is tucked in a
handmade pocket using vellum and my sewing machine.
 
 
Just a bit more of my flowers aren't they pretty!
