Carta Bella's Paris Girl

I am so spoiled I got this beautiful paper in my kit from ScrappyChic. Paris Girl from Carta Bella is absolutely adorable. I had so much fun making this layout I didn’t even work with a sketch!  I pulled out one of my favorite pictures of Sydney and went to work, layer after layer it just fell together and I barely used any embellishments, a few handmade flags and a Tim Holtz Fragment.
